Belltown 36 is a mixed-use 29-story building that respects its immediate context and reflects greater Belltown. Located at the prominent corner of Fourth Avenue and Bell Street, the design respects the past with a brick podium influenced by the surrounding historic character of adjacent four-story brick buildings. The glass tower design reflects the contemporary character of the neighborhood as it continues to change.
