Location: San Diego, CA

1st and Beech is a new residential high rise located in the Little Italy neighborhood of downtown San Diego.  The proposed project is 22 stories and approximately 183,808 SF comprised of 220 residential micro-units, of which 20 units are designated affordable housing, with amenities including a sky lounge, pool deck and other outdoor recreational spaces.  The setting, shape, and height of the tower is developed to maximize the allowable density.
