Applicants need to be highly motivated, have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, and must be critical thinkers and problem-solvers. Experience working remotely and managing tasks through cloud-based software such as time tracking, video conferencing, and messaging is a must.

Required Software Experience:

• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Bluebeam Revu
• Office Products (Outlook, Excel, etc)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fabrication drawing packages based on project requirements.
• Prepare material takeoffs for fabrication process.
• Reading architectural drawings and preparing shop drawings based on them
• Being current on Revit and BIM technology and trends
• Communicating status on project management software and tracking time actively and correctly.
• Ensuring drawings meet standards of drafting and Trinam prior to submission to PM.
• Prepare & Communicate issues to Project Manager and coworkers as needed.
• Working/functioning in a timely and efficient manner.
• Meeting all deadlines for assigned tasks for each project.
• Be able to evolve and revise workflows as necessary to become more efficient with each project.
• Provide capable computer hardware to perform work required.
• Ability to work remotely in an effective manner without supervision.

Experience with Exterior Panels systems such as MCM, ACM, Insulated Metal Wall Panels, Trespa, etc. is required. Needs to be a motivated worker who enjoys drawing and being part of a collaborative environment. Must prepare drawings for fabrication.

Experience with reading, reviewing, and checking the accuracy of shop drawings for window systems is required. Needs to be a motivated worker who enjoys redlining drawings to help the team produce the most accurate drawings possible in a collaborative environment. Must be able to use Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
